When Jess moved from New York City to Miami almost three years ago, she realized that there was a need for a place that could gather people with great ideas but no plans. That’s why she helped create Design Thinking Miami, a young organization that aids companies and individuals to solve problems more creatively through skill-building workshops and community-building events.
