Donald Trump and Megyn Kelly had a couple of fallouts during the Republican debates. The tipping point of their relationship was when Kelly asked Mr. Trump about allegations that he was a misogynist. Trump immediately slammed the Fox News reporter, and questioned her intelectual capabilities and professionalism. In a tantrum for being called out on national TV, Trump dropped from the following Republican Debate hosted by Fox.

As a result, Fox's debate was cancelled. Well, that and the fact that John Kasich also stated that he wouldn't attend. We all know, however, what would've happened if only Kasich had dropped from the debate: no one would have noticed.

A few weeks ago speculation started building around the possibility of Kelly hosting an exclusive interview with Donald Trump. Rumors spiked after Megyn Kelly was spotted entering Trump Tower in  New York.

After the news was confirmed Kelly began her promotion rounds.
